End User Licence Agreement (EULA) for FTP to FTP File Transfer.
Last updated: 11 June 2026
This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Desire Div ("Desire Div", "we", "us"), the company behind the FTP to FTP File Transfer brand, and governs your use of the FTP to FTP File Transfer software ("Software"). "FTP to FTP File Transfer" is a brand and product name of Desire Div. By installing or using the Software you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
The Software may be used free of charge with unlimited usage for the first 24 hours after installation ("Trial Period"). The Trial Period exists so you can fully evaluate the Software before purchasing. Continued use after the Trial Period requires a paid licence.
Upon payment of the one-time licence fee of $49, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime licence to install and use the Software on computers you own or control.
Your licence includes all software updates and priority email support.
You may not:
The licence fee is a single one-time payment of $49, processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. There is no subscription and no renewal — you will never be charged again. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase — see our Refund Policy. We recommend using the free Trial Period to evaluate the Software before purchasing.
The Software is licensed, not sold. Desire Div retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
The Software stores your FTP credentials and connection profiles locally on your machine only and contains no telemetry. Your files are transferred over your own connection and never pass through our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data before performing transfers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desire Div shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve months preceding the claim.
This licence terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination you must stop using and uninstall the Software.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date shown above. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
